Magnus Hi-Tech

MICOR Industries acquired Magnus Hi-Tech, a multi-million-dollar custom metal fabrication and welding company in Melbourne, Florida in July 2021.

By creating the Magnus Hi-Tech division of MICOR Industries, it blended two strong, successful companies that, together, provide tremendous value to new and existing customers in the aerospace and defense industry.

“When the opportunity was presented to join the MICOR family, it was an opportunity to better serve our customers,” said Frank Bonarrigo, former owner of Magnus Hi-Tech and current MICOR Melbourne General Manager. “We’re stronger together and have continued to invest in the Melbourne community and this company.”

Established Presence

With its established presence on the Space Coast and 50 years of industry experience, the Magnus Hi-Tech division provides complementing capabilities such as fabrication and welding, expanding MICOR’s services as a turnkey CNC machining company and areas of expertise.

This Magnus Hi-Tech division also enables MICOR to further extend its current levels of support and ability to provide mission-critical excellence to its Fortune 500 aerospace and defense customers.
